“I was unsure what to expect coming in. Experiencing knee pain, my doctor referred me. Iw as greeted and warmly accepted in by the staff. Unfortunately, therapy wasn’t enough. I needed surgery. Four weeks later, I was welcomed back. Slow and steady start, and many kind words of encouragement got me going!! As I progressed, my therapy stepped up in levels. I was made aware of how I had let myself become weak. My friends have encouraged me to fight that weakness, talked me through the rough times, and pushed me to my limits (in the kindest way). I couldn’t be more excited about moving on.
Although I’ll miss my friends, I’m looking forward to continuing to fight my struggle with weight and weakness. Maybe having to stop in for a motivational speech from time to time. My plans are to establish a healthy diet and safe exercise program. I am going to be walking track instead of my gravel road. I am grateful for the folks at Foundation Therapy. Truly the best!!!” – Deanna I.
