“In August, I “ran down a hill” on a hike and severely sprained my ankle – upon evaluation, the Physician’s Assistant at Texas Bone and Joint said I had torn 3 ligaments and had bone bruising along the side of my left foot. Right, when I was supposed to begin therapy I contracted COVID and had to postpone a month. I cannot say enough good things about FT and its staff. They have gone above and beyond to work with me on my journey toward health, patience, and accommodating with and for my limitations in recovering from COVID. Their patience, diligence, flexibility, compassion, and talent have helped me recover my gait, balance, and strength; and I feel empowered to resume my normal activities with the wisdom and exercises I have learned here at FT. I shall miss this staff and the warmth and connection they extend to all their patients. I am not “just” a patient and a paycheck here – I am a person who is valued, supported, and listened to in order to help me be better.”
