I want to ensure our patients have a clear understanding of their insurance and benefits so they feel confident in their care. Navigating insurance can be overwhelming, and I’m here to make that process as smooth as possible.

One of the things I love most about working at Foundation Therapy is the opportunity to build relationships with every patient who walks through our doors. We see people at some of their toughest moments, but with time and the right care, we also get to see them at their best. Being part of that journey is incredibly rewarding.

Our team is more than just co-workers—we’re like family. The support, collaboration, and shared commitment to our patients make Foundation Therapy a truly special place to work.

When I’m not working:

In my free time, you’ll often find me cheering on the Texas Rangers at the ballpark, exploring new places, and making memories with my family. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a simple get-together, I love experiencing new adventures and spending quality time with the people who matter most.

You guys are the best! I came in after shoulder repair surgery with a lot of pain. The therapists were so helpful and encouraging and they never caused me any pain! I leave here feeling so much better and appreciating all the encouragement and friendship. Sandra and the girls are awesome!!!

I started having pain in my shoulder-blade area that nothing could help. That pain stayed, even with muscle relaxers, heat treatment, and massages. Chris and his rehab were recommended to me and I quickly made an appointment. He assessed me, and I made some appointments with Sandra- who was very easy to work with- to see if I could claim on insurance, or how we could work out a payment plan.

After 3 weeks of instruction and treatment, and a few sessions of Kelli’s dry needling, I feel 100% better and am SO GRATEFUL for Foundation Therapy and the stretches & strengthening exercises they gave me to continue at home.
