Raised in Bridgeport, TX, and married my high school sweetheart, Chris, in October of 2008. Together we have two amazing children, who are always making us laugh and smile.
I started working part-time at Foundation Therapy in 2016, and have worked my way to a full-time position as our Office Manager.

I want our patients to know we are here to be completely transparent and honest with our services/practice. If they have questions this is a safe place to seek those answers.
I am always paying attention to details and making sure our patients are getting the best care possible. You will always catch me laughing or giving someone a hard time when you come into Foundation Therapy.
I love that we have such a welcoming and family atmosphere. From the first day our patients walk in the door they will immediately feel a since of home…there is nothing like building relationships with our patients. We have so many that are happy to be done with therapy but sad about not coming to see us regularly.
When I’m not working:
I love serving in our local church and being a light to others. I enjoy spending time with my family and watching Food Network.
The staff here are awesome! The facility is very clean and being cleaned throughout the day. If you need physical therapy for any reason I highly recommend going here. Kelli Smith will help get you back up and going, as will the rest of the staff. Including the office ladies Ø=Þ.later. I had a total hip replacement on the 10th of October. I was having a very hard time getting in and out of the car, trying to put shoes on and just bending over. After working with Kelli and Chris, I can do all the things I could place to go!! I can’t forget to mention the office ladies too. Alli is just about the friendliest office perso.
This has been the very best experience. Not only a they focused on the healing process, the entire staff cares. Everyone makes you feel welcome and part of the family. Highly recommend Foundation Therapy.
Foundation Therapy was a huge blessing to me after my shoulder surgery! They are more than just family owned and operated, they make you feel part of their family and treat every patient as though they are one of their own family members. Everyone From the therapist, interns, and office staff, were kind, understanding and knowledgeable!!
