Our Team

Ania Ruano

Ania Ruano, Patient Care Specialist

Ania was born in Aguascalientes, Mexico, where she lived for several years. She moved to Texas when she was eight and is now a Senior at Bridgeport High School. Ania began working at Foundation Therapy at the beginning of her Junior year. She started out cleaning around the clinic, but has advanced to also helping in the office. Ania enjoys coming to work because she gets to meet new people while also learning about physical therapy and the office side of the medical field. The work environment at Foundation Therapy is something that Ania loves too. She says that “sometimes it doesn’t even feel like I’m working.”

Outside of work, Ania is very involved in her school. She plays the flute and has been a drum major for two years at BHS. She is also part of the National Honor Society, Texas Association of Future Educators, Spanish Club, Student Council and is Vice President of her class. Ania is very active in her local church with youth activities and community service. During her down time, she loves to spend time with her family and see new places. Ania plans to graduate from BHS in the top of her class. She intends to complete her basics at Weatherford College and then transfer to the University of Texas at Arlington for a Neonatal Nursing degree.
